Job Description BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a BusinessAnalyst position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and work is on-site . Responsibilities: Facilitatecollecting system requirements with the business program staff. Developdocumentation (i.e., diagrams, flow charts, requirements document). Performneeds analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assistproject managers in all phases of the projects. Developtest cases and test plans, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). Performtesting on system changes to meet user defined requirements. FacilitateUAT with the business program staff. Facilitatemeetings with technical and program staff (i.e., scheduling meetings, documentdecisions, identify issues and action items). Producestatus reports on the implementation of user defined requirements. Followclient IT processes and coordinate with other client IT staff to ensurecompliance with client standards. Correspond(verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholdersregarding project activities, deliverables, and status. Activelyparticipate in project status meetings. Coordinateefforts with the client Contract Manager to achieve cost savings where feasibleand practicable. Those efforts include, but are not limited to, identifyingcommon system errors in systems that can be resolved in a manner that achievescost savings. Requirements Fiveyears of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies anddocumentation Fiveyears of experience Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, andVisio. Fiveyears of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation Fouryears of experience implementing, integrating with or maintaining MicroPact’sVersa Online and/or Versa Regulation products Fiveyears of experience with creating and presenting internal and external statusreports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the managementteam Fiveyears of experience with leading meetings and determining work tasks that needto be completed Sixyears of experience with delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to thecorrect technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements)within the approved budget or other specified criteria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
