Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently Verify patient insurance information and process billing and payments Collect and update patient demographic and medical information Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred Previous experience in a medical front office or administrative role is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach Our practice values a collaborative and patient-centered environment, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
