Job Roles and Responsibilities

Drive territory growth and physician adoption of medical technologies.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with pain physicians, spine specialists, office staff, and ASC personnel.

Provide in-room procedural and clinical support during cases.

Educate physicians and clinical staff on procedural workflows and clinical value.

Support account development, case scheduling, and territory expansion activities.

Partner with leadership on commercialization initiatives and growth strategies.

Maintain professionalism in procedural and sterile field environments.

Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Support product launches and new technology adoption within the territory.

Travel extensively to support commercialization efforts and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience required.

5 or more years of medical device sales experience preferred.

Experience in interventional pain, neuromodulation, spine, or minimally invasive procedural technologies preferred.

Strong physician relationship-building and territory development experience.

Experience supporting procedures in ambulatory surgery centers, office-based labs, cath labs, or operating rooms.

Experience working in fluoroscopy-guided and sterile field environments.

Experience introducing new procedural technologies or workflows preferred.

Existing relationships within the pain management market preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to travel extensively as needed.
