Job Description

The Mc Gowan Builders, Inc Superintendent is responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives including but not limited to;Permit document administration & controlComplete review & understanding of subcontractors scope of workIdentify long lead items that need to be monitored Coordinate safety meetings & overall project safetySite layout & control of bench marksControl project access & trafficQuality control & house keepingComplete schedule updates, daily field reports & 2-week look ahead schedulesMaintain "As Built" drawings for final submittalCoordinate and schedule project inspectionsCoordinate, schedule & maintain records of all project testing & certificates Final inspection & proper close-out documentation
