Job Description Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations and act as primary problem solver for guests and team. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping lobby guest‑ready. Qualifications Customer service experience. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech‑savvy; comfortable using hotel systems. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet.
