A contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within a school setting located in Gaithersburg, MD. This role supports students across various age groups through virtual therapy sessions, requiring candidates to operate within the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering virtual speech-language pathology services to students ranging from elementary through middle school.
• Managing caseloads that may fluctuate between 40 to 57 students, with assignments tailored to experience level and geographic location.
• Collaborating with supervisors to align therapy approaches with individual student needs and caseload demands.
• Ensuring compliance with all credentialing and background check requirements.

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Valid Maryland licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• A minimum of three years of virtual school-based SLP experience post-COVID, with at least two years within the past five years.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Demonstrated skills in telespeech and teletherapy modalities.
• Ability to commit to approximately 35 hours per week, typically spread across 3 full workdays, with schedule specifics to be discussed.

Required documentation includes a resume, copies of licensure, and references. Candidates will undergo prescreen and internal eligibility interviews to assess suitability for this assignment. Time-sensitive credentialing such as House Bill background checks will be conducted in accordance with regulatory standards.

This contract runs from August 25, 2026, through June 11, 2027, situated in the Rockville and Washington DC area.
