Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Carmel, IN, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring care and office professionals who align with Senior1Care’s values and service standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full life cycle recruitment process, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding efforts to attract high-quality talent in the local community. The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates closely with leadership and operations teams to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively. Experience with Hiring and Interviewing to assess candidate fit and support informed selection decisions. Familiarity with Employer Branding to help promote Senior1Care’s values and culture in the talent market. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in Carmel, IN, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in healthcare, senior care, or service-focused industries is preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic office software tools.
