Located at our Symmetry Med Spa location in Byron Center, this role will lead the day-to-day success of the location while working closely with the broader Bengtson Center team. The Byron Center Team Lead will serve as the on-site leader of the practice, responsible for driving sales and profitability, developing an exceptional team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the patient remains at the center of every decision.

About the Role

The Byron Center Team Lead is responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the Byron Center location

• Driving sales, profitability, service productivity, and retail performance

• Creating an elevated, personalized patient experience

• Leading, coaching, and developing the Byron Center team

• Driving patient retention, rebooking, referrals, and long-term relationships

• Building relationships with local businesses and community partners

• Supporting local events, outreach, and marketing initiatives

• Ensuring the environment and team consistently reflect Symmetry and Bengtson Center brand standards

• Partnering closely with BCAPS leadership, providers, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and People/HR

Job Summary

The Byron Center Team Lead is responsible for creating a high-performing, patient-centered Med Spa by:

• Owning location sales and profitability goals

• Creating a culture focused on relationships rather than transactions

• Ensuring patients feel welcomed, known, valued, and cared for

• Maintaining visibility into daily schedules, patient needs, and provider productivity

• Coaching the team and setting clear expectations for service, professionalism, and performance

• Maintaining an elevated, welcoming, organized, and impeccably presented environment

• Identifying opportunities to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and business growth

• Taking ownership of patient concerns and ensuring thoughtful resolution

• Helping create long-term relationships and patients for life

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered

• 5+ years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, luxury hospitality, plastic surgery, wellness, retail, or another highly service-oriented, sales-driven environment preferred

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

• Demonstrated experience driving sales, revenue, or profitability goals

• Medical aesthetics experience and knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, injectables, lasers, devices, and wellness services strongly preferred

• Experience in luxury hospitality or another elevated service environment highly valued

• Experience with EMR and practice management systems

• Ability to remain polished, professional, and solutions-focused when navigating patient or team concerns

• Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable healthcare regulations

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Byron Center Med Spa

• Drive revenue growth, service productivity, retail performance, and profitability

• Maintain awareness of the daily patient schedule and proactively address opportunities or service challenges

• Lead grassroots outreach, community events, local partnerships, and business development efforts

• Partner with Marketing on promotions, events, launches, and patient acquisition and retention initiatives

• Drive rebooking, referrals, treatment-plan continuity, retail engagement, and membership opportunities

• Coach and support team members through ongoing feedback, education, and development

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to support patient demand and provider productivity

• Oversee inventory, supplies, equipment, treatment spaces, and operational needs

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, cleanliness, and regulatory standards

• Maintain an elevated patient environment and consistently uphold Symmetry and Bengtson Center brand standards

• Support the Practice Manager and broader BCAPS team with projects and initiatives as needed
