Hiring: Infor Functional Analyst (Configuration, Data Analysis & Testing) Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite) Experience: 8–10 Years We are looking for an experienced Infor Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Infor HCM/Payroll , functional configuration, payroll data analysis, and testing. Required Skills: Current & valid Infor Certification (HCM, Payroll, or related Infor module) – Mandatory Hands‑on experience with Infor Payroll or Infor HCM Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes Experience with configuration, business rules, workflows, and system settings Payroll data analysis, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution System configuration validation and defect management Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, and releases Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Infor application modules Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions Analyze payroll data and ensure payroll accuracy Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate defect resolution Support upgrades, releases, and post‑production activities Prepare configuration and testing documentation Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver quality solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Envision Technology Solutions
