Service Receptionist

Were looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist who enjoys working with people and being part of a busy, team-oriented environment. As one of the first people our guests interact with, youll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our Service Department running smoothly.

What Youll Do

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance
Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
Cashier repair orders and process payments
Coordinate loaner vehicles and guest transportation
Maintain accurate guest, vehicle, and repair order information
Assist with extended warranty processing and other administrative tasks

What Were Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, professional attitude
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data-entry skills
