Responsibilities: Proactively follow up with leads, prospects, past clients, and sphere contacts to generate new businessConduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs, goals, motivation, and timelineProspect daily through calls, texts, emails, open houses, networking, and database follow-upGuide buyers through the home search, showing, offer, and closing process with confidence and professionalismStay current on local market trends, inventory, pricing, neighborhoods, and community informationMaintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up to ensure strong communication and lead conversionParticipate in team training, coaching, meetings, and accountability to continuously improve performance Qualifications: Active California Real Estate license requiredPrevious real estate sales experience requiredStrong prospecting, follow-up, and lead conversion skillsHighly organized with excellent time management and follow-throughSelf-motivated, coachable, and accountable to goalsTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital toolsExcellent communication and client service skills Compensation: $50,000 + Commission
