HR Associate

Job Description The HR Associate provides day-to-day HR support across the organization. This role partners closely with the HR team and leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations, while ensuring a positive and professional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination/participation, reference checks, and candidate communication Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, offer letters, and benefits materials Administer employee programs (e.g., transit, parking) and manage related logistics Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, audits, eligibility tracking, and open enrollment support Schedule and conduct exit interviews; ensure completion of offboarding processes and documentation Respond to employee policy and procedure questions; elevate as needed Help maintain and update employee handbook and HR materials to align with current employment laws Maintain HR data and records, including personnel files, spreadsheets, staff directories, and employment verifications Support HR projects related to employee development and organizational initiatives Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
