Data Analyst

Key Competencies Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques. Experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies (minimum 1 year). Strong reporting and data visualization skills using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis roles. At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, including dashboard/report creation and data‑driven decision support. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of leveraging data‑driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency. Experience in developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards. Job‑Specific Criteria Adept at using advanced analytics tools and techniques to solve business problems. Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity. Cultural Fit & Soft Skills Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into data solutions. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Presentation Requirements Clear and concise presentation of data findings and business insights to stakeholders. Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports. Additional Information Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearance. Work Location Hybrid, Arlington, VA. Candidates are expected to be on‑site multiple days per week. Compensation Estimated range: $76,700 - $142,500, depending on experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, and other factors.
