We’re seeking an ambitious, hands-on Packaging Operations Supervisor in Manchester, PA, to lead our production floor, optimize efficiency, and develop a high-performing team.Why You’ll Love It Here:

• Operational Savvy: 0–3 years in packaging or manufacturing. You thrive on volume forecasting, workload planning, and meeting strict customer standards.
• Lean Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement and identifying root causes.
• Flexibility: 1st shift (Tue–Fri, 3:30 am–2:30 pm) with the ability to adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams: Foster a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment. Oversee associate training, performance management, and retention efforts to meet site objectives.
• Drive Operational Efficiency: Apply Lean manufacturing principles to identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and maximize quality and productivity.
• Manage Planning & Resources: Lead volume forecasting, daily workload planning, and staffing strategies to optimize resources and minimize unplanned overtime.
• Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Oversee inventory management (receiving/picking/shipping) and ensure precise execution of customer and vendor contract requirements.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Facilitate effective pre-shift meetings and shift hand-offs while partnering with regional sites to share best practices and safety initiatives.
