Position Overview We are currently looking for a Client Advisor for our Clarksburg location. The Client Advisor provides excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients, developing and nurturing meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives; manages and drives sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand‑crafted experience. Responsibilities Inclusive Leadership – Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, drive individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results. Collaboration – Actively promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration, assist operations team by maintaining stock. Customer Centricity – Transform each client experience into magical moments, engage in selling ceremony, cultivate long‑term authentic bond with clients, promote cross‑selling to increase UPT sales metrics, capture customer data in the CRM. Agility – Think innovatively to create tangible value, perform sales through various channels, understand company KPIs, identify strategies to enhance performance, recommend merchandise across all channels. Qualifications Caring, authentic, trusted client advisor with a passion for style. In-depth knowledge of luxury client desires, needs, and expectations. Effective communicator with personal care and empathy. Storytelling and engaging question skills. Computer knowledge for inventory tracking. Proficient English; second language preferred. Prior retail or luxury retail experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents. Multi‑tasking, flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, carrying and standing for extended periods. May involve stooping, sitting, kneeling, crouching, and climbing step stools. Lifting of at least 20 lbs. Schedule Regular and reliable attendance, normally 5 days a week. Full‑time schedule (37.5 hrs) or part‑time schedule (20‑29 hrs). Required to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
