SUMMARY The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging. This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc. Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals Maintain a culture of professionalism and service Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will embrace a mindset of Extreme Ownership, taking full responsibility for their contributions and driving positive outcomes. General knowledge of weights and measurements Ability to be accountable to meet daily & weekly goals Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency daily High attention to detail Ability to have confidentiality and use discretion and sound judgment Strong written and verbal communication Ability to handle stress. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
