Account Executive

We’re seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join the SubcontractorHub Sales team. This role is focused on running high-impact demos, closing new business, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is KPI-driven, and excels at moving deals through the pipeline efficiently. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound qualified opportunities, from demo to close Conduct product demos that clearly communicate SubcontractorHub’s value proposition Close new business and consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs Work closely with SDRs to optimize handoffs and maximize conversion rates Collaborate with Account Engineers to ensure a smooth post-sale transition Identify upsell opportunities within active accounts and drive expansion revenue when applicable Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM Continuously refine sales messaging, objection handling, and closing strategies Qualifications: 2+ years of SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong demo, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Highly competitive, self-motivated, and KPI-driven Experience using CRM tools Knowledge of construction, fintech, or B2B SaaS a plus Offers benefits, Salary plus uncapped commission plan! #J-18808-Ljbffr SubcontractorHub
