Job Title: Agency Sales Manager

Location: Remote

Employment type: Full-time

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Base Compensation: $125k - $175k (based on experience)

Additional Compensation: Participation in Equity & Bonus Plans

The Challenge

Own the number. Build the machine. As our Agency Sales Manager, you’re behind the wheel - revving the engine, watching the dashboard, and tuning performance like a pit crew boss. Precision matters. Every lap counts. You’ll coach, compete, and convert. We celebrate wins loudly, and we chase the last 1% every time.

Keys to Success

Hype with Clarity: Kick off each day with crisp goals, tight huddles, and high energy. Everyone knows the target.
No-Excuses Accountability: Results, process, and attitude—all owned. When something’s off, we course-correct quickly and move forward together.
KPI Ninja: Live in the data. Spot gaps fast. Drive the activities that move quotes → binds.
Coach Mode: Call reviews, 1:1s, micro-trainings—turn good reps great and average into consistent.
Captain: Jump into live opportunities, and make sure every lead gets maximized.
Culture Architect: Celebrate momentum, fuel healthy competition, recruit people who love to win.
Conversion Focused: Partner with Ops/Marketing/Product to sharpen lead flow, provide customer experience feedback, and improve digital conversions.
Protect the House: Rock-solid compliance and ethical sales—always.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed & Seasoned: Active P&C; 5+ yrs in auto or related sales, 3+ leading teams.
Process Champion: You run a crisp, repeatable sales operation at volume.
Talent Builder: Hire, level up, and keep producers producing.
Culture + Accountability: High bar, high fun, high follow-through.
Data-Driven Tools: CRM, comparative raters, automation—if it tracks, you use it.
Clear & Direct: Sets expectations, rallies the room, celebrates the win.
Bonus Points for insurtech/digital agency experience; bilingual English/Spanish
Estimated Travel: 5% - Sometimes we like to get together to map the future and celebrate our wins.
