Reliable Security Staffing LLC is searching for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dedicated Support team, working remotely from Atlanta. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to deepen your skills in accounts payable within the dynamic Security and Investigations industry.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices. Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Process vendor payments in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in finance or accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
