Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is an organization in the Marathon County area that’s looking for an HR Coordinator. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. The Bilingual Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Administer leave of absence, Worker’s Compensation, FMLA, WMLA, and disability-related programs in accordance with company policies and government regulations. Serve as a primary resource for employees by answering leave, benefit, and policy-related questions in person and over the phone. Partner with insurance carriers, medical providers, and outside facilities to manage claims, documentation, and case updates. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence daily while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. Provide HR leadership and internal teams with timely case management updates and guidance on leave and Worker’s Compensation matters. Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to support complex claims, compliance matters, and employee-related issues. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while supporting HR projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.
