THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect who has worked on enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud implementations integrated with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage .
This is not a standard Salesforce Developer role .
The right person will have a strong Salesforce architecture background and hands-on experience designing CRM + Contact Center + CTI integrations .

with meaningful experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage, CTI, IVR or enterprise contact-center platforms .
We are particularly interested in architects who have personally designed the integration rather than candidates who have only supported an existing Salesforce environment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience
- 3+ years working as a Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect
- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage integration experience
- Enterprise CRM architecture experience
- Strong Apex and LWC experience
- Experience designing APIs and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data architecture
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders
STRONG MATCH
Candidates with experience in Salesforce + Genesys Cloud CX + Contact Center Transformation will receive priority consideration.
Do not apply if your experience is limited to Salesforce administration, configuration, or standard Salesforce development without enterprise architecture and Genesys/contact-center integration experience.
