This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal position located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Paralegal’s primary responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing case documentation, and maintaining organized case files. The role involves regularly communicating with clients and attorneys, ensuring accuracy and clarity in both legal and procedural matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s mission to deliver excellent legal services with respect and diligence.

• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Knowledge and application of Law and legal principles
• Strong Communication skills for client and attorney interactions
• Proficient in conducting thorough Research for case preparation
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
• Prior experience in Family Law or Criminal Defense is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or Paralegal Certification preferred
