Performance Marketing Lead

To support a growing global marketing initiative, the full-time Performance Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead will manage the development and implementation of performance marketing standards, integrated strategies, and optimization processes across multiple brands while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and implement enterprise performance marketing vision, principles, and standards in collaboration with the Director, Global Performance Marketing Translate business objectives into integrated performance marketing strategies and connect them to customer behavior and commercial outcomes Design and improve repeatable processes for campaign development, activation, and performance reviews while promoting disciplined optimization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Approximately 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines Experience in strategy within an advertising or media agency, management consulting firm, or similar advisory environment Strong knowledge of paid media, search, CRM, audience strategy, and performance measurement Ability to lead complex cross-functional work and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
