Collaborating closely with the VP of Construction, the full-time Regional General Manager will oversee the Builder Training Program, manage construction managers, and source vendors for construction initiatives while working remotely in Texas. Key responsibilities Manage construction managers in the region, focusing on fee building and warranty compliance Source vendors for vertical construction estimating and purchasing initiatives Recommend and implement process improvements related to departmental initiatives Required qualifications Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of industry or related management experience Competency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software suite Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
