Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments to understand their insurance requirements.
- Present and explain insurance policies clearly and concisely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective goals.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Texas General Lines Agent License Required
- Proven track record in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
- A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
