Direction is given daily by Production Supervisor.Essential Job Functions:Pulling and delivering parts to necessary work centersAssign Primary stock ID'sOperating ForkliftsStock components in primary location.Cycle count all stocking locations.Tracking InventoryOrganizing parts in proper locationsSafety and HousekeepingOther duties as assigned by the area supervisorRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Individual must possess these knowledge's, skills, and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.Ability to handle material in a safe manner.Basic computer skills and typing.Forklift certificationAbility to use the overhead cranes preferredCommunicates effectively both verbally and in writingGood math and measurement skillsAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyEducation and Experience:Former inventory control experiences a plusPrevious Forklift/Warehouse experience preferredPhysical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.Able to bend, reach push, pull and put parts into storageAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential job functions of this job.The majority of the time will be working in outside and inside with or without protection from weather conditions and with or without protection from temperature changes.There are periodic high noise levels and vibration associated with this job.
