Job Title: Day Shift Supervisor Pay: $18-$20/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Weekends & Holidays Required Position Overview The Day Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading team members during assigned shifts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, staff accountability, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and service efficiency to meet operational standards
- Provide real-time coaching and direction to employees to maintain performance expectations
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and break management
- Complete required reports, logs, and shift summaries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Must be available to work day shifts , including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs
