If you've worked in an Allstate agency and have experience using Lead Manager, you'll have a significant advantage from day one.

This is not an entry-level position, and it isn't a customer service role. It's an opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys working the phone, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Umbrella, Renters, Boat, Motorcycle and Life insurance.

• Work an established database of prospects through outbound calling, texting, emailing, and consistent follow-up.

• Build trust with prospective customers and recommend the right coverage for their needs.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Lead Manager.

• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.

• Take ownership of your results while working independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

This role is for you if:

• You've written 20-40 items a month and know you're capable of more
• You've felt undertrained, under led, or under-supported somewhere before
• You want coaching, and not micromanagement
• You're tired of being stuck and you're ready to grow
