Maintenance Technician

Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $1000 after orientation period 14 paid holidays (including your birthday) 3 weeks of paid time off Full benefits, including a generous 401(k) $200 on-call pay per week Renewal bonuses Award-winning culture Genuine work-life balance Medical, dental, AFLAC, and other voluntary benefits Great Place to Work certification Forbes 2024 Top Ten in Real Estate Duties Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, perform routine maintenance duties and other related tasks as assigned Assist with service requests, make-ready, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenance Perform on-call after-hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency requests, and participate in a full Saturday rotation with the service team Maintain up-to-date inventories of parts, tools, and equipment, maintenance logs and records, employee schedules, and warranty lists Ensure positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner within designated timeframes Foster a strong customer service mindset among co-workers Maintain a safe work environment and follow all applicable safety policies and procedures Assist Maintenance Director with other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians) All certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians) Current valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Flournoy Properties Group
