Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rogers, MN. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Day-to-day tasks include developing project schedules and budgets, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety standards. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders, and manage documentation such as contracts, change orders, and inspection reports. This position also involves coordinating logistics and expediting materials to keep projects on track, resolving issues that arise in the field, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery. Qualifications Strong project oversight skills, including Project Management and estimating experience. Experience in coordinating construction-related logistics, including Logistics Management and Expediting. Familiarity with expeditor responsibilities, including tracking materials and supporting timely deliveries. Prior experience in commercial construction, general contracting, or construction management. Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and drawings. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
