Qualifications:

• Valid and active Virginia SLP or SLPA license (required)
• Experience delivering speech and language therapy in schools, ideally at the elementary level

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development and progress reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support students’ success
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
• Engage in professional development and team meetings as needed
