Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of multiple projects measured by client satisfaction, schedule, budget, quality and safety. Develop and maintain Business Plan's and oversee the projects, manage the owner relationship, and project management and field staff. Provides coordination, direction, control and leadership on projects as the primary contact for the owner, design department, and the project staff. Ensure quality and timely execution of design/build projects from design to completion Our Project Executive will work with marketing, pre-construction services, business unit leaders, and operations to oversee and manage these phases: Scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, the handling of owner coordination, and project closeout. This role will also allow the opportunity to mentor and manage multiple Project Managers and Engineers and have overall responsibility for these projects
