Harness Assembler

Description Effectively perform a variety of light industrial manufacturing tasks for wire harness, circuit board, and electronic assembly. Responsibilities Meet and exceed production times Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals Use the proper tool for each project Work in a team environment Acquire knowledge of all types and all sizes of harnesses Pay close attention to directions from Team Lead or others you work with Read blueprints and work instructions Understand and follow wire and weld diagrams Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors. Basic math and computer skills Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve Operate with a sense of teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
