What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficiency and excellence

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of veterinary professionals and support staff

• Develop and implement policies that promote high-quality patient care and client satisfaction

• Coordinate scheduling for appointments, surgeries, and procedures alongside veterinarians

• Serve as a professional, compassionate point of contact for client questions and concerns

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies and medications

• Maintain accurate medical and operational records

• Ensure compliance with all veterinary laws, regulations, and industry standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital or similar setting

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of veterinary workflows, patient care, and hospital operations

• Comfort with veterinary software and computer systems

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a busy environment

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Schedule

• Full-time, in-person role

• 8- or 10-hour shifts

• Weekend availability
