Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the staff FOH team
High-volume floor management and guest interaction
Ensure a high standard of guest service daily
Support the GM in all areas of managing the restaurant

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

4+ years as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
The ideal candidate has experience working with corporate systems and a volume of 8M or higher
Strong leadership ability; you are someone who loves to inspire others to be their best
Experience with creating efficient systems that work, and strong financial acumen
Highly skilled at managing a busy restaurant floor and providing a high level of guest service
Ability to lead with integrity and create a positive environment in a diverse space
Passion for hospitality and desire to move your career forward
