Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Portland, OR

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology demand generation across Portland and Boise markets. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies to achieve sales objectives for VYVGART and the company's immunology pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Travel within Portland, Salem, and Boise markets to engage key healthcare stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and execution
• Demonstrated ability to develop territory and account strategies
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
• Bachelor's degree required; residency in assigned territory required

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
