Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and thoughtful assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring an accurate understanding of each individual’s unique situation.

• Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to the needs of students and families, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement personalized service plans aimed at achieving clients’ goals, which may include strategies for academic success, emotional regulation, and family dynamics.

• Advocate effectively for clients by helping them navigate access to resources, including educational support, mental health services, and community initiatives that promote social justice.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and community organizations to optimize services, share resources, and facilitate workshops that promote mental health awareness.

• Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness and contribute to grant reporting by providing insights based on client progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
