Responsibilities: * Ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner. * Manage Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix. * Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles. * Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth. * Forecast goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month. * Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction. * Ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
