Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team in Southampton, PA. This role balances high-volume industrial recruiting with day-to-day HR operations. You will serve as a key point of contact for plant employees and leadership while maintaining core administrative functions. This is a high-impact position with a clear track for career advancement: the current HR ledership is preparing to retire in the coming years, offering the right candidate a direct pathway to transition into the HR Manager role. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant floor, technical, and administrative staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding in an industrial setting. Generalist Operations: Support employee relations, performance management, compliance, leave administration, and daily workforce inquiries. HRIS & Payroll Support: Utilize Paycom for candidate tracking, employee record management, onboarding, and reporting. Succession Planning: Work closely with the HR Manager to absorb strategic HR functions and prepare for eventual department leadership. Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience, specifically within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Recruiting Expertise: Proven track record sourcing and hiring skilled and semi-skilled labor within the industrial sector. Software: Strong proficiency with Paycom strongly preferred.
