Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 Annually

Schedule: Full Time

Department Hours - Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:30pm. Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

What You'll Do

• Be the primary contact for Porsche service customers, delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
• Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• CDK experience.
• We prefer experience with luxury or European brands, but do not require it.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500 - $161,800.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
