Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders. Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options. Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals What You’ll Bring 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services Experience meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals CDK experience. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $65,500 - $161,800. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
