The Service Advisor Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.50. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current California driver license/ID
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication with others
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Professional look and work ethics
• Previous experience as a dealership service advisor and/or independent franchise service advisor experience
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
