Handle incoming customer calls and provide support with orders, products, and inquiries

Process orders accurately and maintain customer account information

Build strong relationships through clear, helpful communication

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Document customer interactions and ensure follow-through

Use internal systems (CRM/order platforms) to track and manage requests

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Previous customer service or administrative/data entry experience preferred

Strong communication skills (phone + written)

Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Weekly pay

Paid holidays + 80 hours of PTO in your first year
