Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring data collection, analyzing progress, and making ongoing program modifications. The BCBA will collaborate with families through parent education and coaching, coordinate care with other professionals, and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in team meetings, and supporting a positive, inclusive work culture. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans. Proficient in Spanish. Competence in Behavior Management strategies, including data-driven decision-making and proactive support for challenging behaviors. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities in clinical, school, or home settings. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to train and lead clinical staff. Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, with reliable transportation and flexibility to meet client scheduling needs.
