HR Helpdesk Specialist - Employee Resource Center

MultiCare Health System seeks an Employee Resource Center Associate to deliver Tier 1 support to employees system-wide. You will handle inquiries about personnel actions, pay, benefits, and onboarding while maintaining a courteous, professional customer service standard. You will review data across ImageNow, Lawson, Enwisen, and team notes to provide accurate answers and keep notes updated as benefits, contracts, and policies change.
