Intercompany Reconciliation Manager
Manage the intercompany reconciliation process across multiple brands and markets; prepare and distribute intercompany invoices, and collaborate with markets and Shared Service Centers to resolve discrepancies
Prepare and post intercompany billing and foreign exchange (FX)-related journal entries for assigned markets
Oversee EID and stock-based compensation reporting, including repeaters and cross-charges to markets
Prepare and record expatriate payroll entries to allocate costs to respective markets
Initiate and process cash wire transfers to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed
Partner with Payroll and Ernst & Young (E&Y) to calculate, prepare, and record tax equalization (TEQ) and tax gross-up entries for market cross-charges
