Relationship Manager

Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary, Incentive Opportunities, 401(k) Benefits, and Health Insurance Arch Global Advisors is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team in the financial services industry. This role is designed for an established advisor who can integrate into our firm, strengthen existing client relationships, support ongoing business development, and play a meaningful role in the long-term growth and continuity of our advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with clients, a strong understanding of financial planning and investment management, and the professionalism needed to serve as a trusted resource for individuals, families, and business owners. Over time, this individual will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility with existing client relationships while also helping expand the firm’s presence in the St. Augustine market. Responsibilities: Serve as a relationship manager and trusted point of contact for clients Work closely with the firm’s senior leadership and advisory team to support and deepen existing client relationships Conduct client meetings, financial planning discussions, portfolio reviews, and follow-up conversations Identify planning opportunities related to investments, retirement, insurance, tax, estate planning, and overall wealth management Assist in the transition and long-term retention of existing client relationships Support business development efforts through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement Prepare for client meetings by reviewing financial plans, investment allocations, reports, and relevant client information Maintain a strong understanding of compliance, operational, and client service requirements Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a high-quality client experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or a related financial services role preferred Series 7, SIE, and Series 66 licenses Life and Health Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain CFP designation preferred but not required Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Professional, client-focused, and able to operate with a high level of integrity and discretion Self-starter who can work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment Strong interest in long-term career growth within an established advisory firm Why Join Us?
