Job Title: Principal - Program & Project Management Work Location- Raleigh, NCJob Description:Responsible for scoping planning executing resourcing and monitoring assigned projects to keep on schedule and on budget Monitor projects on an ongoing basis evaluating progress and quality managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.Manage projects scope and timeline.Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standup.Coach team members in Agile frameworks.Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.Be the point of contact for external communications eg from customers or stakeholders.Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.Onsite Offshore team Coordination.10 years of experience in the IT Industry.Experience in Banking Financial Services Industry.Good understanding of Project Management ConceptsExperience in a scrum master role.Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement.Knowledge of Project Financials and Budgeting.Good knowledge of Agile frameworks.Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
