Program Coordinator

To enhance the learner experience in the Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) department, the full-time remote Program Coordinator will serve as the primary support for prospective and enrolled learners, guiding them through registration, course access, and ongoing engagement while collaborating with the Program Manager on operational workflows and learner trends. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for learners, providing information on programs, registration, and support services through various communication channels Conduct proactive outreach to assist learners at key stages in their journey, including inquiry follow-up and completion reminders Document learner interactions and trends using various systems to inform process improvements and enhance the learner experience Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field preferred; some college coursework and a professional certificate required Minimum of three years of professional experience in student support, customer service, or a related learner-facing environment Experience with LMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office preferred Experience supporting adult learners or continuing education programs preferred Bilingual Spanish/English preferred to support diverse learner populations
