Overview Senior Recruiter – Miami, FL (Hybrid 4/1 | Blue Lagoon area) | $65K–$75K base + uncapped commissions (no draw) A growing national search firm is expanding its internal team and looking for a sharp, experienced Recruiting Consultant to lead full-cycle searches across the country. This is a non-sales recruiting role, perfect for someone who wants to focus on talent delivery — no cold calls or client prospecting required. This position gives you access to national job orders while avoiding any non-compete conflicts locally. You'll have the support, structure, and commission potential to grow your income and career without jumping between agencies.
